I have a long list of ‘to-do’s’ for an upcoming market in November and I’ve been looking at creating another softie for the boys! So here it is – Nim the Ninja is only a day old! My boys just love this one too – so I’m two down already and need to catch up and make a few more!

I found another wonderful tutorial here. Oh thank you ‘Oh Happy Day‘ I am so looking forward to trying this one out. I have some upcoming parties to plan for and will be trying out the numbers 3, 6 and 8 – can’t wait!
We were looking at creating a room divider for a newly renovated room. With a home-office on one end and a family/entertainment/guest space on the other, and we wanted something other than the usual open fold doors. We found this fantastic post: DIY Faux Barn Doors.
Here are couple other images of the process in creating these Faux Barn Doors – I really love the natural wood look too and could have so easily kept them up – but we are really happy with how they turned out!

I saw this lovely kitchen on The Design Files and just love its simple practicality. Just perfect for a family! I’m just in love with the tolix copper stools. You can find these just about anywhere these days and available in so many colours!
